IT Support
- Support day to day IT operations, and ensure a good service level of delivery to customer.
- Closely monitor existing system jobs processes and system, and ensure business run smoothly.
- Ensure operational troubleshooting and resolution of IT Support Requests, including system authorization issues, data issues, integration support issues are addressed on time.
- To provide accurate and timely application and technical supports of all products & services offered by the company.
- Communicate directly with customers, and provide problem resolution.
- Consistently follow-up on the outstanding issues and update the progress of trouble / issues ticket.
- Collaborate with the Technical Team to perform technical troubleshooting, quicker issue resolution to achieve higher customer satisfaction.
- Document system support processes, and enhance internal team knowledgebase.
- Conduct the user training when having new implementation, or on demand.
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Preferably Non-Executive specialized in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
